Are refunds available if Pure Imagination 2022 is postponed or canceled?
If the festival is postponed or cancelled your festival passes will automatically be
honored at the rescheduled date. Should you be unable to attend the new date, refunds
will be offered within 30 days of the announced rescheduled date. If the festival is
canceled, your festival passes will be refunded directly through our ticket vendors. We
cannot verify the policies of any third-party ticket resellers.
Will you be posting set times in advance?
Yes. Set times will be posted on the Pure Imagination website a couple of days before the festival.
What's the best time to arrive?
You should definitely plan to arrive early to be on the safe side. Doors open at 11:00 a.m and the festival begins at noon. There is a single lane in and out of the festival so please plan accordingly. Carpool, carpool, CARPOOL! For the easiest and fastest arrival and departure, plan on using our shuttle system.
What time does the festival end?
Pure Imagination will run from 12:00 pm – 11:00 pm on Sat May 21st.
I'm coming to the festival from out of town where can I stay?
Is there an age limit/rule?
No. The festival is all ages.
(Must be 18 to rent a camp site – limited availability)
What will the weather be like?
Prescott generally enjoys very comfortable weather in May. Check the forecast here!
Are any safety measures in place for the festival?
Pure Imagination is following the safety measures outlined by the City of Prescott and is in contact with the Yavapai Department of Health.
What Items Are Not Allowed at the Festival?
Chairs with Canopies
- Sun-cover structures or other tents on the field
Outside Food & Beverages
Drones, Unmanned Aircraft Devices & Remote Controlled Vehicles
Alcoholic Beverages & Illegal Substances
Animals on the field (leashed animals including service animals are permited in camping areas and around the parimeter/designated areas).
- Professional Cameras – DSLR cameras or those with a removable lens are not allowed.
Laser Pointer Devices
- Bags are permited, but subject to search
Selfie sticks, sticks or poles
Monopods and Tripods
Weapons – Absolutely no knives, box-cutters, firearms, etc.
Can I get press/photo passes?
Photo Passes will be distributed at the discretion of the Pure Imagination Festival and cannot be specifically requested as part of your press application. We will provide syndicated photos from our on-site photographers for use.

Are you hiring workers, volunteers, etc for the event?

How do I become a food vendor ... or a non-food vendor?

I bought my tickets from a friend/other - are they valid?
Only passes you originally purchased through Pure Imaginations official ticketing partners can be guaranteed as valid.
Do not buy passes from an unauthorized 3rd party or scalper. We will not offer customer service, authentication or support for any passes purchased through any unauthorized 3rd parties. You will only know that your third-party pass is valid when it successfully scans into the Venue EACH day. Activating a wristband does not guarantee the wristband is (or will remain) valid for all three days.
Scalped passes are subject to cancellation at any time without warning.
Can I give my tickets to a friend? How?
Sure! Send your confirmation email/tickets to your friend when it arrives.
(You will still show up in our records as the original purchaser. That can’t be changed.)
Are payment plans available? Can I divide my order into multiple payments?
Sorry, there are no payment plans available.
Can I use a debit card for purchase?
We recommend using an actual credit card, not a debit card. If you are using a debit card, make sure you know your daily withdrawal limit. If you exceed that amount, your card may be rejected and order lost. Contact your bank to inquire about your debit card limit.
Is my only option to have tickets emailed? Can I pick them up somewhere?
Emailed ticketing is the only option available for purchases made in the USA. International orders will have the opportunity to select to pick-up their order at the offsite Box Office, located near the festival.

Can someone else pick up my order at will call?
Only the original purchaser can pick up the order. No alternate name changes or pick-ups allowed. A valid photo ID, order number and the credit card used to place your order are required at the time of pick up.
Can I get a refund for my Pure Imagination ticket?
As a reminder, all sales are final, no refunds . Please check out our official Fan-To-Fan exchange.
How do I sign up for Pure Imagination Announcements and Updates?

Will parking or transportation be available?
Yes! While parking will be available at the festival, it will be limited and pay-to-park only. Shuttles are free, and we have arranged transportation to and from various parking locations in the area.
We will start running shuttles at 10:30 am on a continual basis until the event ends at 11 pm. Our last shuttle will leave from Watson Lake at 12:15 am. There will be no shuttle schedule as shuttles will run on a continuous rotation.

Dedicated bike parking will be located near the festival’s main entrance. Remember to bring your own lock as they will not be provided!
Do Kids Get Free Admission?
7 and under get in for free with a ticketed adult.
The venue is navigable for people with mobility disabilities. The event is held on grassy terrain with concrete paths around the show. The park has some handicap parking throughout the park. We encourage all guests with mobility disabilities to utilize personal forms of transportation, including wheelchairs and scooters. We will not be providing wheelchair or scooter rentals.
- ATMs & Concessions:we are a cashless festival – If assistance is required, please confer with an event staff member.
- First Aid: We have several First Aid locations throughout the venue, noted on the event maps and mobile app. Professional medical staff can help you with your medical needs at these locations.
- Water Refill Stationswe will have refill stations available. We recommend you bring a refillable water bottle so we can keep our event as sustainable as possible and you can keep hydrated. Please try to keep up with your water bottles, our event is most sustainable when your items return home with you!
