Bag Policy

Only the following will be permitted:

  • Personal bags 6”x 6” or smaller
  • Clear plastic, vinyl or other carry items not exceeding
  • 12” x 6” x 12”
  • A one-gallon clear resealable plastic bag
  • Small emptied hydration packs

All bags are subject to bag check.

Shuttle Stops

Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. All parking will be offsite held at the Embry-Riddle parking lots. There will be festival shuttles running every 5-10 minutes back and forth to the festival during all festival hours. The shuttles will drop and pick you up directly at the entry of the festival.

Taxis, Uber and Lyft are also allowed to drop off attendees at the festival entry - at the same location as the shuttle service drop off.

Kids 10 and Under Are Free

Pure Imagination is the perfect family-friendly event for a day full of music, fun, and pure imagination!

Upon entry all children 17 and under must be accompanied by a ticketed adult.

Our kids area is not a daycare and children may not be left unattended. Parents will be responsible for their own children.

Wristbands Will be mailed to You

This year entrance to Pure Imagination Festival will be restricted to RFID wristbands. RFID wristbands will be mailed to ticketholders prior to the festival to at the address you provide at checkout.

Can someone else pick up my order at will call?

No alternate name changes or pick-ups allowed.

If tickets are purchased after May 8th, your RFID wristband will be at will call. ID Ready for pick-up!

Pet Policy

Dogs are allowed on leash in the camping areas only if you have pre-purchased a camping pass.

Otherwise only seeing eyes dogs and certified service dogs will be allowed in.

Refunds

As a reminder, all sales are final, absolutely no refunds.

This applies to camping passes, GA tickets, and VIP tickets.

Bike Parking

Dedicated bike parking will be located near the festival’s main entrance. Remember to bring your own lock as they will not be provided!

Parking

Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. All parking will be offsite held at the Embry-Riddle parking lots. There will be festival shuttles running every 5-10 minutes back and forth from the Embry-Riddle Parking Lots to and from the festival during all festival hours. The shuttles will drop you directly at the entry. Uber, Lyft, and Taxis will also be allowed to drop off at the entry same as the shuttles. You can pre-purchase your parking pass for a discounted $15 or pay day of the festival at the parking lot for $20.

Pure Imagination is a cashless festival.

Please bring your bank or credit cards to enjoy our concessions, merch, food trucks, and vendors!

For the easiest and fastest arrival and departure, plan on using our shuttle system.

WheelChair Accessibility

The venue is navigable for people with mobility disabilities. The event is held on short grass terrain with limited concrete paths around the park. we will have handicap parking spaces at our Embry-Riddle Lot and there will be ADA shuttles available for transport to the festival.

Uber, Lyft, and Taxis will also be allowed to drop off at the entry same as the shuttles.

We encourage all guests with mobility disabilities to utilize personal forms of transportation, including wheelchairs and scooters. We will not be providing wheelchair or scooter rentals.

Frequently Asked Questions

Are refunds available if Pure Imagination is postponed or canceled?

Tickets are non-refundable. If the festival is canceled, every effort will be made to reschedule the event with similar performances and passes will be honored for the make-up date.

Can someone else pick up my order at will call?

Only the original purchaser can pick up the order. No alternate name changes or pick-ups allowed. A valid photo ID, order number and the credit card used to place your order are required at the time of pick up.

Can I get press/photo passes?

Photo Passes and Press Passes will be distributed at the discretion of the Pure Imagination Festival. We will provide syndicated photos from our on-site photographers for use.

What's the best time to arrive?

You should definitely plan to arrive early to be on the safe side. Doors open at 11 a.m and the festival begins at noon. There is a single lane in and out of the festival so please plan accordingly.

I'm coming to the festival from out of town where can I stay?

We have limited on-site camping and you can reserve your space on our ticketing site. Additionally, the area has many hotels in Prescott and Prescott Valley as well as nearly limitless camping available in the surrounding areas!

Do Kids Get Free Admission?

Children 10 and under get in for free with a ticketed adult.

Can I give my tickets to a friend? How?

Your digital pass will be emailed to you.

You may give your pass to a friend if you like.

What will the weather be like?

Prescott generally enjoys very comfortable weather in May. Check the forecast here!

  • ATMs & Concessions: we are a cashless festival, please bring a credit card or debit card for any on-site purchases.
  • First Aid: Professional medical staff will be available at the festival.
  • Water Refill Stations You can bring an empty reusable water bottle with you to the festival to utilize our water refill stations.
Are any safety measures in place for the festival?

Pure Imagination is following the safety measures outlined by the City of Prescott and is in contact with the Yavapai Department of Health.

Water Bottle Policy

Reusable plastic or metal cups/bottles that are empty upon entry and exit, and cannot hold more than 32-ounces.

All water bottles must be empty prior to entry and will be checked at security.

Will you be posting set times in advance?

Yes. Set times will be posted on the Pure Imagination website a couple of days before the festival.

Can I get a refund for my Pure Imagination ticket?

As a reminder, all sales are final, absolutely no refunds.

Bike Parking

Yes, we will have limited ability to lock up your bike near the front entrance prior to the ticketing entrance. Bikes may not be ridden into the park and security will ask you to remove your bike and put it in the designated area.  Remember to bring your own lock as they will not be provided!

I bought my tickets from a friend/other - are they valid?

Only passes you originally purchased through Pure Imaginations official ticketing partners can be guaranteed as valid.

Do not buy passes from an unauthorized 3rd party or scalper. We will not offer customer service, authentication or support for any passes purchased through any unauthorized 3rd parties.

Scalped passes are subject to cancellation at any time without warning.

Is there an age limit/rule?

No. The festival is all ages. Minors 17 and younger must be accompanied by a ticketed adult.

(Must be 18 to rent a camp site – limited availability)

Are payment plans available? Can I divide my order into multiple payments?

Yes, payment plans are available at time of purchase through our ticketing platform.

Can I use a debit card for purchase?

We are a cashless festival. For onsite purchases, bring a credit card, or a debit card. If you are using a debit card, make sure you know your daily spending limit.

Is my only option to have tickets emailed? Can I pick them up somewhere?

Emailed ticketing is the only option available.

Can I bring a blanket?

Yes. Any belongings will be checked at security. Which may involve ensuring no other non-permissible items are rolled/stuffed inside.

For Campers

Campers may check in on Friday May 16th between 9am-1pm and must check out by NOON on SUNDAY May 18th, 2025

ALL CAMPERS MUST SHOW PROOF OF PURCHASE OF A FESTIVAL TICKET BEFORE THEY CAN CHECK IN TO CAMP
